This Refund Policy applies to payments made for participation in the Talentire evaluation process through the official Talentire platform.
By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. Evaluation Participation Fee
Participation in the Talentire evaluation process requires payment of a participation fee.
This fee covers:
- Access to the evaluation process
- Administrative processing
- Internal review of submitted performance material
The fee is charged for participation only and does not guarantee selection, progression, or opportunities.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
Evaluation participation fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after payment
- Failure to submit a performance
- Dissatisfaction with evaluation outcomes
- Non-selection in the evaluation process
- Inability to access the platform due to user-side technical issues
Participants are advised to review all information before completing payment.
4. Development Stage Clarification
Selected participants may be invited to a structured development stage as part of the Talentire process.
Participation in this stage:
- Does not require an additional fee
- Is limited to selected participants
- Does not guarantee further progression
The evaluation fee applies only to the evaluation process.
5. Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Verified duplicate payments
- Technical errors directly related to the Talentire platform
All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval at the sole discretion of Talentire.
Refund eligibility, if applicable, is determined solely at the discretion of Talentire.
6. Submission Responsibility
Participants are responsible for completing their submission after payment.
Failure to submit the required performance materials within the specified time does not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
7. Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged more than once for the same evaluation due to a technical issue, the duplicate payment may be reviewed.
Verified duplicate payments may be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Payment Disputes
Users are strongly advised to contact Talentire support before initiating disputes through banks or payment providers. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or restriction.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, typically within 7–10 business days after approval.
10. Changes to This Policy
Talentire reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
