Development Stage (If Selected)
Selected participants may be invited to a short-term development stage.
This stage focuses on improving performance, refining presentation, and preparing for advanced opportunities.
Participation does not guarantee progression to productions.
No Additional Fee
Selected participants are not required to pay an additional fee for participation in this stage.
Transparency & Process Clarity
- Selection is based on internal performance evaluation
- Not all participants progress to the next stage
- All submissions must be original
