These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Talentire platform, including registration, participation in the evaluation process, and related activities.
By accessing the platform, creating an account, submitting a performance, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Platform Overview
Talentire is a structured performance evaluation platform designed to identify and assess potential through an internal review process.
Participation begins through a paid evaluation process, where users submit their performance for internal evaluation.
Talentire is not:
- A job platform
- A casting marketplace
- A talent agency
- A training institute
Participation and progression are based on internal evaluation and are not guaranteed.
Talentire is an independent evaluation platform and does not operate as a casting agency or employment service.
Selected participants may be considered for further development, internal opportunities, or potential representation based on evaluation outcomes and platform requirements.
3. Eligibility
To participate, users must:
- Provide accurate information
- Submit original performance material
- Be legally eligible to enter into an agreement
- Comply with all platform policies
Talentire may restrict access for violations or false information.
4. Age Requirement
Participants under 18 must participate with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Talentire may request verification where necessary.
5. User Accounts
Users must create an account to participate.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining login confidentiality
- Ensuring accurate information
- All activity under your account
Talentire is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
Account verification links are time-sensitive and may expire. Users are responsible for completing verification within the provided timeframe. Profile details must be entered accurately at the time of submission, as editing may be restricted after completion.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
Talentire may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Policy violations
- Fraudulent activity
- Misuse of the platform
- Disruptive behavior
7. Evaluation Participation
Participation requires submission of performance material through the official platform.
Submissions must include:
- Required participant details
- Performance video link
- Relevant information
Evaluation is conducted internally based on defined criteria.
Participation does not guarantee selection, progression, or opportunities.
8. Evaluation Fee
Participation requires payment of a fee.
This fee covers:
- Platform participation
- Administrative processing
- Internal evaluation
The evaluation fee is charged solely for participation in the evaluation process and does not guarantee selection, opportunities, or progression.
All fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Applicants are responsible for completing their submission within the specified time. Failure to submit the required video link does not qualify for a refund. In case of payment-related issues such as duplicate or failed transactions, users may contact support for resolution.
9. Development Stage (If Selected)
Selected participants may be invited to a structured development stage.
This may include a short-term (approximately 14 days) guided experience designed to refine performance.
Participation in this stage:
- Is limited to selected participants
- Does not require an additional fee
- Does not guarantee further progression or production opportunities
10. Submission Guidelines
Participants must ensure:
- Content is original
- Video links are accessible
- Submitted information is accurate
- Content complies with applicable laws
Talentire may reject or remove submissions that violate these requirements.
Users are solely responsible for completing their submission within the given timeframe. Talentire is not responsible for incomplete or missed submissions.
11. Video Accessibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring that submitted video links remain accessible during the evaluation period.
Talentire is not responsible for reviewing submissions that cannot be accessed.
12. Intellectual Property (User Content)
Participants retain ownership of their submitted performance material.
By submitting content, participants grant Talentire a limited, non-exclusive right to review the submitted material for evaluation purposes.
Talentire will not publicly publish, distribute, or commercially use submitted content without additional permission from the participant.
13. Platform & Production Content Rights
All content created, produced, or published by Talentire, including but not limited to videos, digital advertisements, commercials, short films, web series, music content, branding materials, and platform assets, are the intellectual property of Talentire unless otherwise stated.
Such content is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Talentire’s content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Participation in the platform does not grant any ownership rights or claims over Talentire’s productions or content.
Any unauthorized use of Talentire content may result in legal action.
14. Evaluation Outcomes
All evaluation decisions are made internally.
Outcomes may include:
- Selection for further stages
- Non-selection
All decisions are final and at Talentire’s discretion.
15. No Employment or Representation
Participation in the Talentire platform does not create:
- Employment
- Representation
- Agency relationship
16. Production Opportunities
Participation in productions is not guaranteed.
Opportunities, if any, depend on internal requirements, creative direction, and participant suitability.
Participants involved in any production may be required to enter into separate agreements governing content usage, rights, and participation terms.
17. Platform Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Impersonate another individual
- Submit unlawful or inappropriate content
- Attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
18. Fraud & Payment Safety
Talentire does not request payments through:
- Personal calls
- Messages
- Third-party individuals
All payments must be made only through the official Talentire platform.
Talentire is not responsible for payments made outside official channels.
19. Limitation of Liability
Talentire provides services on an “as available” basis.
Talentire shall not be liable for:
- User-submitted content
- Technical issues or interruptions
- Evaluation outcomes
- User expectations
Participation is voluntary and at the user’s discretion.
The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, and Talentire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
20. Platform Availability
Talentire makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Talentire is not responsible for losses due to temporary unavailability.
21. Changes to Terms
Talentire may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Talentire platform, its services, or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
